LSCNY's AIDS Law Project
LSCNY's AIDS Law Project provides free legal services to people who:
- live with or are affected by HIV/AIDS and
- have, care for, or are legally responsible for a child and
- live in Onondaga, Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson,
Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Oswego, St. Lawrence, Tioga or Tompkins Counties.
Our Mission
The mission of The AIDS law Project is to help people who live with HIV/AIDS
and their families plan for their future with:
- standby guardianship designations and guardianship proceedings
- health care proxies, living wills, powers of attorney

We also advise and/or represent our clients in:
- family court matters including custody, visitation, child support, paternity, orders of protection, neglect and abuse
