What is our goal?

The CLASP program is here to assist individuals and their families who are living with cancer with their legal needs.

Some of the challenges they may face are:

• Will my children be taken care of?
• What should I do if I've been denied benefits from my insurance company?
• How do I get access to health care services?

We can provide the following services:

• Permanency Planning (including preparation of wills, advance directives, health care proxies, and future care of minor children)
• Assistance in gaining access to health care services
• Assistance with denials or termination of benefits
• Assistance with insurance issues
• Assistance with various Family Law issues
• Referrals to other needed services
