We'll try to keep you up to date on this page with what's new at our site. We ask that you be a bit patient as we've just resumed our presence on the web after a nearly five year hiatus. Accordingly, virtually everything on the site is new. Once initial construction is completed, we'll be paying a lot more attention to this page.

New Developments at this Site

As we said, everything at this site is new. We've returned to the web with somewhat more modest aspirations than were involved with our first site which was initiated in August, 1996. Initially, we'll be placing materials on the site describing our services and eventually intend to begin placing some materials on the site which will address substantive areas of law. Initially, these efforts will be concentrated in two areas:

developing resources for individuals suffering from traumatic brain injury; and
rights of all individuals to assigned counsel in New York State.

In the meantime, we certainly welcome any and all comments you might have concerning design of the site, or other materials you would like to see here.

In the future we hope to put together a more complete substantive law section, hopefully in a format which would make the materials useful to our clients.
