Coronavirus has created unexpected and unprecedented challenges in our world. Unfortunately, the impact of coronavirus deepens inequity and amplifies difficult situations already faced by many individuals and families.  We are here to help.

If you sign a document called a “Hardship Declaration”, you cannot be evicted until at least August 31, 2021

You can sign a Hardship Declaration if:

  • You have experienced a financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic, and/or
  • You would be unable to obtain new suitable housing, and/or
  • Your health would be at risk if you were forced to move from your current home.
