If you sign a document called a “Hardship Declaration”, you cannot be evicted until at least August 31, 2021
You can sign a Hardship Declaration if:
- You have experienced a financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic, and/or
- You would be unable to obtain new suitable housing, and/or
- Your health would be at risk if you were forced to move from your current home.
