Tell The New York Courts About Your Experience in Court

The New York Courts Need Your Help

They are collecting information on people’s experience using courts, whether you had a lawyer or you did not when you went to court. Below are links to the survey. Thank you for helping the courts improve its services. All questions are optional and all responses will be anonymous.

From the Permanent Commission on Access to Justice:

The Working Group on Future Access to the Courts focuses on enhancing access to justice for represented and unrepresented litigants as new systems for court operations are created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As new systems and processes are implemented and physical access to courts remains limited, the Working Group wants feedback from court users (both unrepresented litigants and legal services providers) about their experiences with these changes.
